Reachable, serious and not stingy with advice. I appreciated being called back. I ordered a pair of wakeboard boots on the website. All that's left is to use them, but that won't be before spring, so I can't give an opinion on the item itself other than that it matches the order.

I had ordered a "large" size board bag. The people at Glissevo are so good that they called me to, among other things, check that it matched their recommendations for the dimensions of my boards, which was not the case: changed the product ordered and the result was top-notch. They are really top-notch.

Super responsive, they called me to make sure I hadn't made a mistake in my order. One of the items was not available so they offered to replace it with a more recent item and they took the opportunity to slip a gift in the package. Super fast delivery. I highly recommend. Bravo to the whole team.

Super single-skin wing: - top quality fabric - power for its size - excellent upwind performance - quality non-abrasive bridles - the big plus: very comfortable when riding, very soft on the harness compared to other models - holds up well in strong wind. Online purchase of a twintip and a pump, RAS, neat and fast shipping, I didn't need customer service, so I can't comment on that, but the packaging was well done, the product is compliant and not damaged, "recycled" packaging used, good spirit. So I recommend this shop.

Good board, easy. I'm removing one star because it's not that solid. My first one was destroyed, completely delaminated on the upper and lower decks!! (The Fanatic disease, it seems!!) In short, I took it again because at this price... it's almost a giveaway... and I'm not sure the competitors do any better!!
